How it all began

Our Founder was on a career curiosity tour and after chatting with many of her peers who were beginning, or had already begun the fractional journey, she discovered they were all feeling similar feelings and asking similar questions. So in the spirit of abundance, she created a virtual workspace where everyone could learn and figure it out together!

FPP would not be what it is today without the Founding Members who jumped into that Slack channel and created the fun, thriving, real talk community that it is today. Together, FPP serves as a safe space for chosen coworkers to talk about #those-kind-of-days and a #celebration-station to cheer each other on. We are talented HR leaders across the world innovating workplaces one client at a time, through the power of community.
