✅ Strategic HR Leader: Have held roles at the Director level or above
✅ Experienced Expert: 10+ years of Human Resource, Talent Acquisition, Learning + Development, Total Rewards, DEI or related experience.
✅ Committed to Fractional: Recently began, or already established, in fractional, advisory or consulting work
✅ HRPreneur: You’re building your own individual business or practice
Our annual membership fee is $240/year
We’ve intentionally priced it at about the cost of a monthly lunch and coffee with coworkers, so it stays accessible no matter where you are in your revenue journey. We also intentionally don’t do monthly opt-ins or opt-outs. FPP is built on mutual support and consistency, and we ask for that same commitment from our members. When you join, you’re saying, “I’m in” - and we’ll be just as in for you. 🤝

Our annual membership fee is $240/year ($20/month, paid once).
This one-time yearly contribution helps us keep the lights on, run daily operations, and reinvest in the community - whether that’s new tools, platforms, or resources to support your experience.

We intentionally do not offer a free trial. That’s because we’ve worked hard to cultivate a safe, intentional space, and we want to protect the experience for our members.
We hold Prospective New Member Sessions each month for any questions you have prior to joining
That said, if you join and - within the first 7 days - feel like it’s not the right fit, just reach out. We’re all about positive energy 💫 and want you to feel good about where you spend your time and money. We’re happy to chat and issue a refund if needed.

The short answer is: no, we don’t guarantee clients.
FPP is first and foremost a community - not a lead generator. We’re a team of “chosen coworkers,” here to connect, support, and grow together. If your primary goal is to be part of something collaborative and intentional, you’re in the right place.
That said, many members have grown their businesses, signed new clients, and increased revenue - because they showed up, built trust, and invested in relationships within the community.
If you’re open to connecting, collaborating, and contributing, there’s real potential here. As with most things in life and work, you’ll get out what you put in. 💫

You bet! Community membership fees can be deductible for independent contractors as a business expense.

We’re big believers in #learningeveryday and embracing a growth mindset. In that spirit, here are a couple things to know before you hit that submit button:
🌍 US-centric Events & Discussion
Our global presence took off in 2024—we now have amazing FPPers across Europe, the UK, Canada, and beyond! That said, most of our events, content, and meeting times are still very U.S.-centric. We’re actively exploring ways to better serve and celebrate our international members, and we know we have room to grow here.💬 Slack can feel noisy
Slack is where most of the FPP magic happens. We’ve also introduced Disco as a central hub for resources and updates. If Slack is new to you, it can feel like a lot at first. Don’t worry - we’ve got onboarding videos, tutorials, and plenty of friendly FPPers to help you settle in and feel at home. 🤝 -
The community consists of HR leaders with diverse backgrounds and specialties across various industries. The common thread is that members have worked in-house in HR at the Director level or above, and are now engaged in HR, People & Culture work in a fractional or consulting solopreneur capacity.
We are also looking for members who are interested in joining for the community, to build relationships, and who practice an abundance mindset.
We are constantly learning together, sharing challenges, celebrating wins, and supporting each other. #LFG!
